About the Community

A Welcoming and Walk-able Neighborhood in the Center of It All

The Cambridge Village Association (CVA) represents the residents of the Cambridge Village subdivision in Southfield, Michigan.  Cambridge Village was Southfield's first planned "builder's subdivision" with a central entrance, which was a new concept.  Each home has an early mid-century look, and provides a unifying and harmonious feeling throughout the subdivision.

CVA provides residents with access to important neighborhood information including bylaws, deed restrictions, community updates, newsletters, and local resources. The association also organizes events and initiatives that help strengthen relationships among neighbors and maintain the quality of the neighborhood.

By working together, the Cambridge Village Association helps preserve the character of the community while supporting residents and promoting an engaged and informed neighborhood.
